How long does a delivery take?
The delivery time is one to three working days within Germany as well as seven to ten working days in all other listed countries. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. For individual goods possibly deviating delivery times we point out separately in the online shop.

Where's my order?
As soon as your goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This mail contains a shipment number which you can call up at www.dhl.de by tracking your shipment. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact our customer service.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately and have your customer or order number ready.
How do I return my goods?
If you wish to return your goods, first cancel the order within 14 days. As soon as we have received your revocation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a return label by e-mail. Please pack the goods carefully and completely. Please print out the return label sent to you, stick it on your parcel and take it to the nearest post office.
When will the article be available again?
If you wish to be notified as soon as an item is available again, please click the 'Notify' button on the respective item detail page. As soon as the article is available again in the online shop, you will receive a message by e-mail.
